(Office Order 14/2025, 10.07.2025) to P12(xi)(ii) — settlement of claims and acceptance of
arbitration / conciliation / DAB / amicable-settlement awards: where the accepting authority is the
Corporate HoD, the decision now lies one level higher with the concerned Director.
